On Tuesday, July 15, the Community Team hosted a ramen-making event called “Taki Ramen.”
At this event, participants worked together to prepare four different types of ramen: niboshi (dried sardine), miso, salt, and mazemen.
Many ramen lovers joined the event, and the noodle-draining process in particular created a lot of excitement and energy.
Due to the positive response, there might even be a second edition of the event…?
